Parking Issues on Jay Street
I would like to bring attention to the handicapped parking situation on Jay Street. The designated spots are constantly being occupied by drivers without handicap placards. While patrolling traffic is unrealistic, I hope that by highlighting this issue, there could be stricter enforcement of the handicapped parking regulations. Also, creating more spots to compensate for this misuse may be beneficial to those who genuinely need them.
