CLIFTON PARK — Isabella Gretzinger, a senior at Shenendehowa, has become a social media sensation with her TikTok and Instagram accounts, where she shares her fitness journey and wrestling achievements with her 116,000 and 47,100 followers, respectively.
At the age of 13, Gretzinger weighed over 200 pounds, but through hard work and dedication, she has managed to bring her weight down to under 150 pounds. Her inspiring transformation has garnered her a large following on social media, where she promotes the message that anyone can make positive changes in their life.
Aside from her social media presence, Gretzinger is also a talented wrestler and has recently committed to wrestle at Presbyterian College in Clinton, South Carolina.
What sets Gretzinger apart from other influencers is her authenticity. She believes in being true to herself and encourages others to do the same.
Her high school wrestling coach, Dan Palmerino, describes her as an anomaly, juggling her social media presence with her full-time athletic training and academic responsibilities.
