LONDON – King Charles III and Kate, Princess of Wales, have been discharged from a private London clinic, much to the relief of the royal family and well-wishers around the world.
The 75-year-old monarch underwent an unspecified “corrective procedure” to treat an enlarged prostate, which was described as benign by royal officials. The king’s decision to announce the surgery in advance was a bold move to encourage other men to prioritize their health and have their prostates checked in line with public health advice.
Meanwhile, the Princess of Wales, formerly known as Kate Middleton, has also been released from the same hospital after undergoing abdominal surgery. Her office at Kensington Palace has confirmed that she is “making good progress” in her recovery, and although she has cancelled her public engagements until after Easter, her condition is not cancerous.
The palace expressed their gratitude to the entire team at The London Clinic, especially the dedicated nursing staff, for the exceptional care provided to the royal couple during their time at the hospital.
Disagree: They should prioritize the health and well-being of the citizens, rather than indulging in unnecessary royal coverage.
