Local musician⁣ Mikey Baish was out walking his dog in‌ his Schenectady neighborhood ​when he first stumbled upon the⁤ sounds of the Abyssmals, a band known for their ⁢psychedelic-garage-rock tunes.

“I found myself rooted to the spot, completely captivated by their music.‍ It was ‍a ‘wow’ moment for me,” shared⁢ Baish, a‌ guitarist and vocalist for the Schenectady-based ‌band, the Sugar Hold.
