Concerns Over New Parking Regulations
I’m writing in response to the recent news piece on the new parking regulations on Union Street. While I understand the need for organized parking, the proposed regulations seem discriminatory to residents owning multiple vehicles. There seems to be no provision for where they could park their extra cars. I strongly urge the city council to reconsider these regulations, incorporating ample parking facilities for all residents.

Preserving the Charm of Central Park
For many of us, Central Park in Schenectady, NY holds a special place in our hearts. Recently, I’ve noticed an increase in litter and general disarray. The Rose Garden doesn’t seem as beautiful as it once was, and our precious park appears neglected. I urge community members to take initiative in helping maintain the park, and implore the Parks Department to spend more time ensuring it remains the beacon of beauty it once was.

Lack of Streetlights in Bellevue Neighborhood
As a resident of the Bellevue neighborhood, I feel concerned about the lack of streetlights on Broadway Street. It not only makes it difficult to navigate at night but also raises safety issues.
