Casting Call Begins for Hallmark Movie to be Shot in Albany and Schenectady

CAPITAL REGION – The⁣ Capital Region is buzzing with ⁣excitement as filming for a new Hallmark movie featuring the talented Rachael⁤ Leigh Cook is scheduled to commence ‌next week in ⁣the cities of Schenectady and‌ Albany.

Cook, who has gained fame for her ‌performances in popular films and series such as “She‘s All That,” “Josie and the⁣ Pussycats,” and “Dawson’s ​Creek,” is all set to charm the audience once again.

HBG Casting⁢ LLC is on the lookout for background ‌talent for this upcoming film, intriguingly titled “Like Nobody’s Business.” ‍If you are ⁢18 or older and have a passion for acting, this‍ could be your chance. Both union ​and non-union actors are welcome to apply via ⁤the provided form. The filming schedule is set ‌from ⁢Monday, Nov. 4 through Friday, Nov. 15.

Earlier this ⁣season, the Capital Region was the backdrop for HBO’s “Gilded Age.” The series was shot in the picturesque ⁤Stockade​ neighborhood in Schenectady, as well as in Albany and​ Troy.

In the past few years, Schenectady has been showcased in several⁢ high-profile productions including HBO Max’s “Pretty⁢ Little Liars: Original Sin,” Amazon ‍Prime’s “Modern Love” Season‌ Two, and ⁢Showtime’s “Three Women.”
