McDonald’s outlets in Schenectady, Albany, Hudson organize toy collection – Bite-Sized

CAPITAL REGION – Participating McDonald’s outlets in Albany, Schenectady, and Hudson are⁤ hosting a toy drive. Patrons who contribute a new, unwrapped toy by December 11 will be rewarded with a complimentary small McCafe beverage.

The collected toys will be ‌gifted to the Ronald McDonald House Charities of ⁣the Capital Region,⁤ Columbia Memorial Pediatrics, and the ⁣Boys & Girls⁤ Club of Rotterdam. Additionally,‌ a ⁤special toy giveaway event will be held at the Union​ Street McDonald’s in⁢ Schenectady from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. on⁢ Sunday, December 15.

The initiative is spearheaded by the Gillis Organization, a New Jersey-based firm that owns and manages the participating McDonald’s franchises. Since its inception in⁢ 2018, ​the drive ⁤has successfully ⁣gathered over ⁢1,100 toys.

  • McDonald’s of‌ Hudson — 149-57 Fairview Ave Ext.
  • McDonald’s of Albany —⁢ 161 ⁤Washington Ave Ext.
